For a new office this place is great! Maria at the front desk could not have been more helpful getting me in the door the SAME DAY! I got a great cleaning and got checked out by Dr. Hraiz with xrays for like $60! The dr noticed a new things in my mouth, and I’ll be going back to follow up with him on those.

A great place to go. Plus theres so much stuff on Rt 1 that I can do a quick little bit of shopping before I have to head back to work after my appt! shhhh….

Best Dental Experience Ever

I have always been afraid of dentists. In the past few years my experience with dentists have been very bad so I stopped going. After two years of not seeing a dentist, my teeth started to bother me, I had no choice but to find a dentist….quick! Without any dental insurance I was not only nervous about seeing a dentist, I was also worried about be able to pay for it. I was given Gentle Dental’s name by a co-worker. I hesitantly made an appointment. I was surprised at how friendly everyone there was. They are reasonably priced and offer payment plans. I was very uncomfortable and nervous, but they set my fears at ease instantly. The Doctor gave me a treatment plan to help get me back on track with my teeth. I have been there three times already and each time it gets easier. I am glad to say now that I enjoy going to the dentist.

Great Experience

I had not been to a dentist in ten years because I had a bad experience when I was younger. I finally went in for my first appointment two week ago and was really nervous. I was impressed with how they handled my anxiety. The doctor and staff are really nice they understood my problem and the doctor assured me that they will help me through the process.

The cleaning went well and the treatment plan that they laid out to deal with some gum issues was reasonable. I was a little skeptical of their recommendation to handle this problem. However, the doctor here took digital photos of my teeth in question with this great little camera, then on a large computer screen showed me where the problems were. There’s was no doubt that what he recommended was appropriate and necessary.

The office is clean and their technology is up-to-date. Everything was explained to me in a manner that I can understand.

A wonderful doctor and a great staff equals a great experience.

Great Dental Office

I hadn’t been to the dentist in nearly 3 years as the cost of a cleaning was a little out of my price range. I’ve had the same dentist my entire life prior to this, so I was a little nervous that I would feel weird having someone else look at and clean my teeth. Joy, my fears were for naught: Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and professional, and since they’re a new office, they offer great discounts for new patients ($57 for cleaning/xrays/etc on first visit).

Couldn’t be happier!

Dr. Tina Arora-Mohan and the Gentle Dental Staff

I have been going to Gentle Dental for over 2 years. I was always looking for the right dental office to make me feel comfortable after numerous bad experiences as a child. Dr. Tina Arora-Mohan and her top notch staff have achieved that and more. Dr. Arora-Mohan has a way about her that immediately put me at ease when I sat in the dental chair. She and her staff always have a smile on their faces. When I enter the office, I feel like a person, not just another manila folder stuffed in a wall. It is the personalized touch that makes this office excel. Her front desk staff is fantastic, and Cheyenne is great! Thank you, Dr. Arora-Mohan for giving me back my trust in the dentist!

Dr. Murphy and her team are incredible! My husband hadn’t been to the dentist in over 20 years and was extremely hesitate in having anything to do with the dentist. After going to the dentist and meeting her I knew my husband would be fine. She is a very energetic and enthusiastic in her work and doesn’t make you ever feel like just another patient. She is attentive and precise about your concerns and makes you feel completely comfortable with everything that she is doing. She is very realistic about the cost of dentistry and she tries to work with you in order to maintain your oral hygiene and your wallet. I guarantee that if you visit her and her team; you will not go anywhere else!

I would like to THANK the staff of S.B. Gentle Dental. They make you feel like family. From the moment I walked into the office they made me feel welcome and comfortable. I have had some horrific experiences with other dentists and I am glad to say Dr. Murphy changed that.

I have had a new procedure done. It is called mini implant surgery and it is to hold the bottom dentures in my mouth. I have not been able to keep the bottom dentures in my mouth because they kept coming out as I talked and couldn’t eat anything with them in my mouth. It was humiliating!!!! I have gone through a few procedures and I have grown to trust Dr. Katherine Murphy. Well when she recommended the procedure and because I trusted her and had it done. If it wasn’t for Dr. Katherine Murphy I would not of gone through with it and to be honest it was the best thing that I could of done. It was less expensive than regular implants and it takes much less time. I went in on a Friday afternoon and it took approximately 1 1/ 2 hours (max) and they put the dentures in right away. The healing process was minimum. The most that I felt was a nagging ache that lasted approximately 1 day maybe a little longer and ibuprofen took care of that. The healing process went faster as long as you kept the dentures in so nothing was banging on the post. I wouldn’t of believed it if someone just told me. And that is why I am writing this so other people know that it was the best decision I could of done.

I highly recommend Gentle Dental of S.B. and if you are having the problem that I had with my bottom dentures then I think you should look into this procedure. Cannot say enough about it.

So once again. Thank you all. Not saying all the names you know who you are. Thank you for making my experiences for the past year a pleasant one. Not all of the procedures I went through were pleasant ones but, you made it more bearable for me and when I called and was in pain you did not put me off and with the mini implants I didn’t even have to call.

Hidden treasure

I have been living in the Jp area for 3 yrs and had not been to the dentist in years until that last dreaded wisdom tooth started bothering me . I had no choice but to go to the dentist. I HATE the dentist . But must say for not having never been to gentle dental I was seen that same day and dr Pezeshki took out my tooth ( mind you that it was a Saturday morning ) and saved my weekend . Two big thumbs up for all the folks at this place . Believe it or not I was back 2 weeks later for a cleaning and check up . Great job guys .

Literally, Gentle Dental

I had a filling in front of my tooth that was done by a different dentist. I wasn’t satisfied at all. The dentist wasn’t gentle enough in doing the procedure. The worst thing, he didn’t match the color of the filling on my tooth. I complained but he didn’t do any thing. So, I decided to go to the nearby dental clinic, which happens to be the Gentle Dental. The atmosphere was just perfect; the staff in the front, Nancy, was so kind enough to accommodate me. Martha,Suzanne and Tanika were very friendly and professional.Dr. Farshad Pezeshki really made me comfortable. He explained every thing to me about the procedure. He has good hands that I didn’t even feel the injection of anesthesia. I was so amazed about the result; as if I don’t have any tooth filling. Now, I can smile again. Thanks, Gentle Dental for making me SMILE again.

The Best Dentist Office Ever

I can’t say enough good things about Gentle Dental JP. The whole staff is wonderful, I love Tanika (the hygienist) so much, who has a lot of patience for my sensitive teeth during cleanings, and I LOVE Dr. Pezeshki. He’s fantastic. The first time I went to see him, he was still at the Cambridge location, and I hadn’t been to a dentist for five years. Well, I grind my teeth at night and come from a family that has a mouth full of silver, so I am genetically prone to needing fillings at this point in my life. I needed a lot that time. Dr. P was so patient and caring, explained everything to me on the x-ray, and let me move at my own pace. I couldn’t have asked for more. Last but not least, he wants to know if his patients feel anything, even if they are OK with a small amount of pain. He wants to know.

That’s all to say, the service there is amazing. Everyone there wants to know that you have choices and that you are comfortable with what’s going on in your mouth, and they don’t treat you like you’ve committed a crime if you have cavities despite good flossing and brushing. They are clean, professional, expert, and truly kind.
